When the bandoneon has begun to play, and the piano tunes in, how long do we think we can afford to remain seated before giving in finally to the invitation of our better half and start dancing again?

tune- in into the never ending dance of evolutions, give up pushing and open up to the pulling future, get inspired again and co-create VALUE, making use of all talents we have on board.
It was I think Eli Goldrath who once inspired me with his description of the 5 levels of resistance that we have to overcome to start dancing again.
- We don’t see any problem in not dancing. We think we go fine. The Ostrich Syndrome.
- We do see the problem and feel the necessity to dance but we don’t believe we can dance. The Calimero Syndrome.
- There is a problem, dancing might be a solution but in our case that won’t work. The Not Invented Here Syndrome.
- There is a problem, dancing is probably the solution and it will work out but in this particular case there are too many obstacles and practical objections. The Yes…but Syndrome.
- The problem is clear, the solution also and everybody is convinced that it will work, but to actually step on the dance floor and start moving asks for courage and surrender: the final escape is then to wait for the best moment (it will never come). The Mañana Syndrome.
